Pragya Enterprise Infrastructure was established in the year 2000, when waterproofing was still widely treated as a secondary, finishing-stage activity rather than a critical structural requirement. At that time, most contractors, builders, and even many engineers viewed waterproofing as a quick coating job that could be done cheaply and without technical planning.
We entered the industry in an environment where awareness was limited, budgets were constrained, and the long-term risks of leakage were underestimated or ignored.
The early years required persistence. Trained waterproofing applicators were almost non-existent, materials varied widely in quality, and structural drawings often lacked accurate detailing for basements, podiums, and wet areas.
On several early sites, we had to build application teams from the ground up, establish our own method statements, and enforce quality-control steps at a time when the market was more concerned with speed than durability.
These challenges shaped our work culture. Instead of adjusting to shortcuts, we adopted a technical, diagnosis-first approach. Every leak, failure, or callback became data. We learned to treat waterproofing as an engineering system—where material compatibility, surface preparation, environmental conditions, and layer sequencing determine long-term performance.
As execution consistency grew, the market response shifted. Architects and engineers who once questioned our methods began involving us in projects where waterproofing failure would be unacceptable. Industrial clients who had faced repeated leakage issues brought us in during planning, not repair. The value of correct waterproofing—done once, done properly—became evident to those responsible for asset life.
Alongside waterproofing, we extended our expertise into professional pest control services, guided by the same principle: prevention over correction.
Just as compromised waterproofing threatens structural integrity, unmanaged pests threaten hygiene and safety. Both require disciplined execution and long-term thinking.
In 2020, our standards were formally recognized through premium membership in the Waterproofers Association of India. Today, after 25 years, our principles remain constant:

Basement waterproofing
We apply advanced crystalline waterproofing to protect basements from seepage, groundwater pressure, and long-term structural moisture damage.
Terrace and Podium waterproofing
We install high-elasticity polyurea systems engineered to handle weather exposure, heavy foot traffic, and thermal movement without surface failure.
Expansion joint waterproofing
We use flexible joint sealing tapes designed to accommodate structural movement while maintaining a watertight barrier in critical areas.
Wet area waterproofing
We apply fiber-mesh reinforced polymer coatings to keep wet areas protected from dampness, leaks, and mold — ensuring long-term interior hygiene.
Swimming pool waterproofing
We use two-component polymer membranes with fiber-mesh support that withstand hydrostatic pressure and chemical exposure for leak-free pools.

What is your approach towards pricing?
We do not compete on being the cheapest. Waterproofing done cheaply always costs more later — in repairs, retouching, leak tracing and structural damage. Our pricing reflects the methodology, material compatibility, surface preparation, supervision hours and long-term reliability that prevent failures. We quote only after site inspection and system recommendation — not by square foot price guesswork.

Do you provide warranties / guarantees?
Yes, but only after evaluating the site conditions, system selection and execution scope. Waterproofing warranties are meaningless if the system is poorly chosen or applied. We provide written performance warranties where the substrate, detailing and application are under our complete control. We do not make unrealistic “10–20 year leak-proof promises” just to win jobs.
Yes. In fact, the best outcomes happen when waterproofing decisions are integrated at the planning stage, not after leaks have appeared. We coordinate with project architects, structural consultants and site engineers to finalize detailing, material selection and sequencing. This ensures the waterproofing system aligns with structural loading, drainage planning and finishing layers — reducing failures drastically. Based on clients requirements, we also provide architects and engineers for their specific project.
